Highly recommend. I’ve had multiple stays with Week2week and they are an excellent company. Apartments are clean, well maintained, stocked with everything you need. More importantly the team are available 24/7 to fix any issues & they genuinely want you to be happy with your stay. I’m fresh out of a nightmare stay with Airbnb where the complete opposite was true. Huge thank you to everyone at Week2week for such a wonderful experience.

Clean well equipped apartment. Well situated for walk along to Millennium bridge and Baltic centre. Good 20 minute walk to Eldon Square. However, couple of things. Had to park on Tyne Street as unable to fit our car in bay 21 due to both cars either side parking well over the white lines of their own bay. One of the kitchen down lights constantly flickered. The socket for toaster was broken and tripped all kitchen sockets. The cupboard door which housed the WM needs attention as doesn't close. The ensuite could be doing with a little tlc around the foot of radiator. Finally, non of the door stops fit properly and resulted in doors constantly banging closed which I'm sure for the neighboring apartments must get annoying. Other than that enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Staff at week2week very nice!

great flat. great location.

We have had a lovely stay in our apartment near Tynemouth, Janine and the team did everything possible to accommodate us as our previous accommodation suffered a water leak. They also surprised our little girl with a bag of birthday goodies which was so kind and thoughtful. Great location, and a high quality apartment with its own parking space too. A couple of things to note: A pair of oven gloves wouldn’t go amiss, along with a few ovenproof mats for tins and trays. The mattress in the main bedroom was awful, and we struggled for a decent nights sleep during our stay. The sofa in the lounge wasn’t particularly comfortable either. A shelf or two in either of the bathrooms would be really helpful also. When using the condenser dryer the electrics trip , probably because of the dryer being located in a small cupboard which gets too hot for it to operate. Aside from these things however, we had a lovely stay and would definitely use Week2Week again.

Excellent apartment, beautiful views and great location along the Tyne River. About 25-30 minutes walking to city centre. Very clean and tidy with plenty home and kitchen facilities provided. The assigned parking space is just an icing on the cake! Supporting services were excellent which made my stay a wonderful experience. Note that there is no immediate nearby grocery shops or restaurants, need to walk about 15-20 minutes for them.

Great apartment, clean and well equipped. Close to train, bus and taxi services and convenience store across the road. Ate mostly in Wetherspoons as so much cheaper, Would recommend this apartment.
