Our Commitment
At Week2Week, we believe everyone deserves to feel welcome, respected and supported.
We understand that every guest is different and that accessibility is not one-size-fits-all. Whether you are travelling for work, relocating, receiving medical treatment, supporting a family member or simply looking for a comfortable place to stay, our team is committed to providing a warm, flexible and personalised service.
Our values of Integrity, Loyalty, Professionalism, Respect, Commitment and Positivity guide every interaction we have, ensuring people remain at the heart of everything we do.
Our Person-First Approach
We know that everyone’s needs are unique. Rather than making assumptions, we take the time to understand how we can best support you before you arrive.
Where possible, we will work with you to tailor your experience by:
- Taking time to understand your individual requirements.
- Offering flexible communication methods that suit your preferences.
- Providing additional information before arrival to help you feel prepared.
- Using our extensive knowledge of our portfolio to personally recommend the accommodation we believe will provide the most suitable and comfortable experience for your individual needs.
- Adapting our communication style wherever possible to make your stay as comfortable and stress-free as we can.
Supporting Neurodiversity
We recognise and welcome guests with a wide range of neurodiverse needs, including (but not limited to) autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, Tourette syndrome, sensory processing differences and other cognitive or communication preferences.
Every individual experiences the world differently, so we aim to provide support that works for you.
Where helpful, we can provide:
- Pre-arrival walkthroughs using photographs or video where available.
- Telephone or video call “talk-throughs” explaining the property, arrival process and what to expect.
- Clear, step-by-step arrival instructions.
- Additional time for questions before or during your stay.
- Communication by email, telephone or messaging, depending on your preference.
- Calm, straightforward communication with minimal jargon.
- A consistent point of contact wherever possible.
- Flexible support throughout your stay should your needs change.
We understand that unfamiliar environments can sometimes be overwhelming and will always aim to make your arrival as reassuring and comfortable as possible.
Mobility & Physical Accessibility
Our portfolio includes a wide variety of privately owned apartments and houses, each with different layouts and facilities.
While not all of our properties are fully accessible, we are committed to helping you find accommodation that best meets your needs.
Where possible, we can provide information such as:
- Step-free access availability.
- Lift access.
- Door widths (where measurements are available).
- Bathroom configurations.
- Shower or bath details.
- Parking arrangements.
- Number of stairs.
- General property layout.
- Photographs or videos to assist with planning.
If information is not immediately available, we will always do our best to obtain it from the property owner wherever reasonably possible.
Medical & Additional Support Requirements
If you have any medical, mobility, sensory or additional support requirements, we encourage you to let us know before your stay.
Although we are not medical professionals or specialist care providers, we will always do our best to understand your needs and explore reasonable ways to support you.
Communication That Works for You
Everyone communicates differently.
Our team is happy to adapt our communication style wherever possible, including:
- Email communication.
- Telephone calls.
- Video calls.
- Written step-by-step guidance.
- Additional explanations where needed.
- Slower-paced conversations.
- Repeat information without judgement.
- Providing information in advance to reduce uncertainty.
During Your Stay
Our Guest Services Team remains available throughout your stay should you need any assistance.
If something isn’t working for you, we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible. Wherever reasonably possible, we will work with you to find a solution quickly and compassionately.
Our Guest Care Philosophy is simple:
Listen. Understand. Act. Communicate. Follow Up.
Working Together
The earlier we understand your requirements, the better we can support you.
If there is anything that would make your stay more comfortable, please tell us before you arrive. We never see accessibility or additional support requirements as an inconvenience—they simply help us deliver the personalised service we pride ourselves on.
Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
Week2Week is committed to treating every guest, property owner, client, contractor and colleague with dignity, fairness and respect.
We welcome people of every background, culture, nationality, age, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion or belief, neurodiversity and family circumstance.
We are committed to promoting equality of opportunity and creating an environment where everyone feels valued, respected and included.
Continuous Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing journey.
We continually review our services, communication and guest feedback to improve the support we provide. We welcome suggestions from our guests and clients to help us make Week2Week even more inclusive for everyone.
If you have any questions about accessibility or would like to discuss your individual requirements before booking, please contact our friendly team.
Our Promise
At Week2Week, we’re more than an accommodation provider—we’re an accommodation support partner.
We believe that every guest deserves to feel understood, valued and welcomed from the very first conversation. By taking the time to listen, understand individual needs and tailor our support wherever possible, we aim to create a genuine home-from-home experience where every person feels comfortable, respected and cared for.
Whether you’re staying for two nights, several months or relocating to a new city, our commitment remains the same: to provide exceptional service with empathy, professionalism and genuine care.
Because for us, hospitality isn’t simply about providing a place to stay—it’s about supporting people.
